[Solved] MychatBox Paid version

I have installed the MyChatbox Paid version 1.01 I figured that was the next version of it, unsure if it would work with 1.8 but... I tried to uninstall it and I still see multie settings of mychatbox in the config area.. Here is a picture of that and I have tried everything to remove it. I cannot.
