Looking for a plugin like the one that Xenforo Uses, Called Resource Manager. It allows admins to create categories and specifically allow users to post their content/project/files (free or paid).
Also, with this plugin certain user groups wold be allowed to use the Sell part of it other users would only be allowed to post and not sell. Kinda like a premium rank would only be allowed to sell.
