Hello,
I want to suggest that reputation system should be modified a little because i can give rep to a user any number of times without any waiting time or criterion.

It should be like once a day, so that it will stop users giving repetitive reputation and users can still use the rep system to give reputation using posts.

Apparently it was set to 5. Reduced to 2.
