Make it pay per download instead of subscriptions

I know that the owner wants all da money, but you know. It would honestly just be better to do like a pay per download or etc. Since the release of plugins on here is slow atm. Or maybe you could have more people sell their plugins and etc? and maybe even expand to themes?
