Editor buttons are missing

Hello community i have a real big problem and I hope anyone from here can help me out with my issue:

All the buttons are gone:if i change the theme is still gone ,is the same for all users,i have mycode buttons turned on in ACP,even if i change themes is still have the same issue

Re-upload MyBB 1.6 fresh files.

Still the same problem after replace the mybb files

Please post the URL to your site. You may have a JS file breaking it.
