I'm currently working on a project and I need your help guys.

I'd like to add users into my MySQL Database with a timestamp and with some variable to set an expiry.

For Example:

I'm going to add the user BlackScuter on 24.05.2013 at 3:12 AM with the rights X. I also add the number 30 to describe the time he has in days. After 30 days the system should change the variable X to Y.

Is that even possible, or are there any other, maybe easier solutions?

A customer on my forum tried to buy a username change with the newpoints system.

Unfortunately the entered username was already taken and yet his newpoints points got taken away as it had been purchased.

Is there a way to prevent it?
Doing first a check if the username is available -> if available then buy?

The menu on the left seems more mashed together as well if you can tell. Any idea on what templates and what I should exactly be editing to make sure it goes back to normal? All the other pages are properly aligned except the statistics page, meaning that everything is aligned with the themes black boxes as you see for the menu's box. The left side aligns but the right one doesn't because the tables extend past it. I think that's what's affecting the menu on the left to be mashed too.

The code became cumbersome and too confusing because a lot of the existing features were not planned when it was first made. Therefore it is time to re-write most of the plugin to allow easier integration with new features and to get rid of existing bugs.

It will be possible to keep existing data, you don't need to worry about that.

I will need people to test it though. So feel free to post here so I can PM you when it's ready.
