Why is my status not being promoted? - trance1tyler - 07-27-2017

I paid for platinum because I was interested in your plugins. I have paid twice now (because I thought one didn't go through, it did) and my account is still not promoted. I'd rather not post for a refund, but I will have to if it's not elevated this week.

Both transaction IDs:

Transaction ID: 7RC88383F7303344D

Alright so I've just found out what went wrong. Apparently, PayPal put your first transaction on hold, which means our server never got the 'IPN message' that confirmed your payment with a Success status. Later on, they confirmed the funds but we never got the Success message apparently, hence why the system didn't upgrade you.

If possible, please cancel the dispute so I can manually promote you to Platinum. I'll be away during the afternoon, so this may only happen later tonight.
