Alright so try the following.
a) Go to your ACP -> Configuration -> Plugins
b) Find a plugin which says "Uninstall" in the options and right click the link and paste it in your URL box.
c) Find the plugin name in that URL you've just copied and change it the "newpoints" (without quotes).
d) Press Enter. It should uninstall the plugin fine. Or doesn't it?

I have already Deactivate and Uninstalled the plugin. When I try to re-add the plugin, it does not recreate the tables in phpmyadmin.

RE: NewPoints 1.9.3 - tfadmin - 02-08-2012

When a member donates points to another member and the recipient receives their private message. The PM looks like it came from me, the Admin, and not the person that donated the points. Very confusing. Is it supposed to work that way? Where do I need to look to change it so the PM comes from the person that donated the points, or can I change the private message text so the name of the member that donated the points shows up there?

Do you have any suggestions to somehow get the tables back in phpmyadmin?

LOL! I see that now. Is there some variable I can use so that it uses the ID of the currently logged in user instead?

RE: NewPoints 1.9.3 - Diogo Parrinha - 02-08-2012

Yes you can use $mybb->user['uid']

RE: NewPoints 1.9.3 - tfadmin - 02-09-2012

Thank you. I appreciate all you do.

This is my error:

I'm sorry but if you actually re-installed it (without problems) that error must not appear.
