RE: Help Center 1.4 - Disciple of Nagash - 05-17-2010

Hmm, so in that case I may have to create a custom usergroup just I can log tickets....

RE: Help Center 1.4 - Diogo Parrinha - 05-18-2010

Yes, you're not supposed to log tickets, you're supposed to reply to them Tongue

RE: Help Center 1.4 - Disciple of Nagash - 05-18-2010

I know, but I plan on using it as a place to log and track faults / improvements / suggestions etc. So since I may noticed a fault, I would need to be able to log it Smile

I don't suppose there is a way to add this function in?

RE: Help Center 1.4 - Diogo Parrinha - 05-19-2010

No, you should probably try MyTracker instead Smile

RE: Help Center 1.4 - atomjani - 05-24-2010

I like that the user can use html or bbcode, when he write ticket. Can you help me?

RE: Help Center 1.4 - Diogo Parrinha - 05-25-2010

Try this:
http://forums.mybb-plugins.com/Thread-Help-Center-1-4?pid=41096#pid41096

For BBCode.
For HTML you must edit the file helpcenter.php and change the parser options array.
I'm going to upload 1.5 soon with the fix above

Welcome ammong us!

No there is no template edits you need to do unless your theme has different structure or any specific addons (corners rounded with images, different CSS subject namings (istead thead, threadhead or something like that)) Smile

RE: Help Center 1.4 - groovybluedog - 05-30-2010

Its not very handy if you cant delete tickets. why is this?

RE: Help Center 1.4 - Diogo Parrinha - 05-30-2010

You're not supposed to delete tickets. Tickets are supposed to be closed only for later reading if necessary.
