I'd really need a Newpoints plugin which would enable me to give X amount of points to all users on the forum.

Is there a MySQL query that I could execute to achieve the same effect by any chance, to avoid payin' for a plugin? Tongue
Code:
UPDATE `prefix_users` SET `newpoints`=`newpoints`+100;

That gives them plus 100.
Can you do the same with items? Just curious.

Code:
UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `newpoints_items`=`newpoints_items`+"{i:0;s:2:"16";}";
I don't understand much about SQL Databases but, I am learning. I would like to know why it stops reading at {i:0; <--- It that an ending tag for SQL?
If so, is there a way to run it and make it think it is just part of the database?
I am fairly sure it is impossible, but, it is worth asking.
Thanks a lot Pirata! You're a time saver Big Grin

Replace 'prefix' with your MyBB prefix.
