ok i installed newpoints about 2 days ago. it works and all but i want to change where its shown in postbit. if you can see here the newpoints is under steamprofile. i want to put it over steamprofile and under the joined date. please help.
I haven't checked your site but, did you try to move the newpoints variable in the postbit template to before the steam profile variable?
i tried that but it didnt work because the steamprofile isnt in the postbit template it has its own template like newpoints_postbit
and theres nothing above this line that is related to steamprofile
Code:
$post['user_details']}{$post['newpoints_postbit']}
Oh well, then it's not possible. Steam Profile probably inserts the code in there, or maybe in postbit_user_details. So that's not possible.
maybe looking at the code might help?
Code:
                                {$post['groupimage']}
                            </span>
                        </td>
                        <td class="smalltext post_author_info" width="165">
                            {$post['user_details']}{$post['newpoints_postbit']}
                        </td>
                    </tr>

                </table>
                    <img src="http://protf2.net/forums/images/line.png" width="868" height="2">
            </td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td class="trow2 post_content {$unapproved_shade}">
                <span class="smalltext"><strong>{$post['icon']}{$post['subject']} {$post['subject_extra']}</strong>{$post['steamprofile']}</span>

                <div class="post_body" id="pid_{$post['pid']}">
                    {$post['message']}
that is the XML file
and this is steamprofile_postbit
Code:
<div id="pid_steamprofile_{$post['pid']}" class="steamprofile" style="float: right;"  title="{$steamcommunityid}"></div>

Oh. Well, no it doesn't help. As I've said, I doubt you can do anything.
