Well it shouldn't, at all. It may be a hidden bug somewhere or you accidentally cleared the cache. Did you fix it already or not? If not, please check the datacache table and search for donationbar and post the row values.

Thanks for this plugin and its working well in my board. I have a question, the donation bar is only showing in the index page but i want to show the donation bar globally. So can anyone please tell me how to do make this plugin available globally??

You'll have to change the template var {$donationbar} from template index to header. And then change the hook from index_start to global_start and it should work.

I have "MySubscriptions" using my PayPal IPN at the moment. So I can't use this correctly, right :/?

According to PayPal documentation, you should still be able to use this one. (but doesn't make much sense asking for donations when you've got a subscriptions system setup)

I agree with you on this one. I was thinking of adding the donation bar to my website, but since I'm already using MySubscriptions, I didn't really see a point. The subscriptions if basically like a Donation, you just get something in return.
