For all interested.
I had the Fancy Zoom plugin installed which is obviously not compatible with the shoutbox.
I´ve deactivated the Fancy Zoom Plugin and the Shoutbox works fine. Again many thanks for the help. Especially to Pirata.

so this is the second plugin from this author, which makes errors with other plugins. glad im not using any of them

Bug: guests can report shouts, and it does appear the blabla sucessfull blabla message.
What username will show in acp? (ps: I saw this on another forums, and I don't have my board active)

oops, I forgot a = in a line, this is fixed in the next version
