new points - forum rules
I create forum rules and set 2 for same forum but it's still scoring 1 point. Any idea why?
next, I create forum rules and set 0 for other forum but points are still added to users?

I have no idea why. Last time I've tried them they worked fine and I haven't changed anything since then. Please make sure you're doing things correctly.
