You can find attached the Romanian translation (Beta version) of Help Center 1.5, for both front and admin end.
There is still something I am not sure, in the front end, line 35, helpcenter_groups_notfound (in the helpcenter.long.php file). I attached also a picture with this. Maybe some of you can do a better job then me here.
