I am receiving this message "Warning [2] number_format() expects parameter 1 to be double, string given - Line: 436 - File: inc/plugins/newpoints.php PHP 5.3.17 (Linux)" at the top of my new points page.

The page is http://www.eliteboard.org/newpoints.php If any one could please help me I would be very appreciative

Add (float) before the parameter one.
