Is there a way to run the lottery plugin twice on the same board? Say, I have one big lottery and a smaller one for people with less points?

Will it be a huge task?
I am not to much of a coder nor do I claim to be.
I can tell the difference between things though and I'd like to know,
What is the chance that someone with little to no experience will be able to re-code this and achieve what I want, successfully?

If you're re-coding something it's always a huge task unless it's a pretty simple project. And to answer your last question, I'd say 0%.
