I got the idea from someone from MyBBoard. I found it in their requests forum I think.

I decided to make this because it's not possible to do this by editing the CSS.

Description
This plugin allows you to customize the sticky rows in forum display.
It adds 2 new settings:
Subject CSS Style - Enter the CSS style (make sure you use proper CSS here) for the subject (<span>). Leave blank to not use any style.
Row CSS Style - Enter the CSS style (make sure you use proper CSS here) for the entire row (this will affect every <td> as well as every <tr> - stickies only of course). Leave blank to not use any style.

It affects <tr> and <td> because I don't know if any themes use the trow1/trow2 class in <tr> instead of <td>

Screenshots
Of course, this screenshot (with these colours) was just for a testing purpose.

Simply checking screenshots won't help you that much to understand what plugins do.

RE: Highlight Sticky Threads
sure:
Code:
color: #00FF00;
if you use this in one of the settings, the text color of the subject or the entire (depends on which setting you put this) will be green
