This license applies to hosting websites only, specifically Free MyBB Hosting websites.
You are NOT allowed to use my plugins on your website if you allow your clients to use them. However, if your website is separated from the forum service part and your clients can't use the plugins on their forums, you can use my plugins. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
