I tried making an item but it doesn't let me specify what it does when you buy it? For an example, buy username changes or user title changes. How do I do that?

How do you get the PM it sends when a members buys an item to come from a specific user account instead of the MyBB Engine?

You need to edit the plugin file, find the send_pm call and change the 'uid' field to the user ID you want.
